In the developing industrial world, displaying a stance that is sensitive to occupational health-safety and the environment is our starting philosophy in every field we operate. We are aware that it is our most important duty to create a safe, healthy and motivating work environment for all our employees. For this reason, all risk analyzes, inspections and audits are carried out at periodic intervals in all of our work areas within the framework of occupational health and safety laws in the sector where our company is located, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Standard requirements, TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standard requirements. The identified risks are resolved by experts and our working conditions are constantly improved. Our aim is to create an environment-friendly and optimum safety working environment for all our employees throughout the company.
Our company, which constantly invests in its production in order to use energy and natural resources in the most efficient and economical way, also provides trainings to its employees in the light of this policy. In 2013, an R&D project was carried out by our engineers in order to reduce the rate of nylon used during packaging of aluminum profiles and a new Packaging Machine was produced. The project was examined by TUBITAK from the first step of the work flow chart to the prototype. As a result of the examinations and analyzes, our project was accepted as a TÜBİTAK R&D Project.
By producing environmentally friendly, recyclable products and supporting green logistics, our company primarily aims to help create environmental awareness throughout the sector. Almost all of the products bearing the TEMA Aluminum brand are obtained from recyclable materials.
